We just love what we do

Fourteen years ago, my wife and I had our own destination wedding in the Riviera Maya. One year later, we left our hometown and decided to move here to dedicate ourselves fully to destination weddings. We didn’t know a soul—just had a backpack full of dreams and that incredible energy that always comes with new beginnings. I became a wedding photographer, and she became a wedding planner.

Since then, we’ve been part of one of the top ten happiest moments in a couple’s life—literally. A wedding day will always make that list, and being a key part of making those dreams come true is what keeps us inspired every single day.

I’d love to share a little about who I am beyond the camera.

I’ve been playing guitar and singing since I was ten years old. Music is where my heart truly lives. Today, I’m part of a rock band with some of my closest friends—photographers and filmmakers like me. Whenever work allows, we get together to rehearse, create, and simply enjoy life.

I’ve also been an avid reader since childhood. I love learning about almost any subject I can get my hands on, but biographies hold a special place for me. Traveling is another big part of my life. I’ve been fortunate to explore nearly 25 countries across different continents and to live in four of them, experiences that continue to shape my perspective and my storytelling.

I’m passionate about horseback riding and practiced charrería in my twenties. I also played racquetball from a very young age. And of course, I’m a huge fútbol fan. I grew up playing the game, and I still shout “Goooal!” at the top of my lungs every time Mexico plays in the World Cup.

Above all, the role I cherish most in this world is being a father to my two sons, Dante and León. Spending time with them—mainly going for a bicycle ride and ice cream after that—is what grounds me and gives true meaning to everything I do. With them, I truly feel like I have a piece of heaven.
